Worried about change of meds

Hi,

I've been on Kaletra and AZT + 3TC (Combivir) and Viread for a while and

I'm still undetectable, even though I'm resistant to 3TC. The AZT is

causing me to have a very low white blood count, so my doctor switched

me to Kaletra and Emtriva + Viread (Truvada). I've just done some

reading that says that if you're resistant to 3TC, you're probably

also resistant to Emtriva. If this is correct, does it mean this new

combo would be bad for me?

My Truvada pills have just arrived in the mail, but I'm a little

hesitant to make the switch.
