Guest guest Posted September 28, 2011 Report Share Posted September 28, 2011 The " gods " were working against me this morning, but I managed to get a workout in despite  I woke up a bit later at 5:40. (I don't set my alarm clock, but thinking I might have to start). Aniyah wanted to eat.. so had to feed her. I then snuck out of bed crossing my fingers she'd stay asleep. No such luck. However, Sawyer got up earlier than normal, so I asked him to watch her for me while I worked out for 30 minutes. I felt a tiny bit uneasy letting him watch her, but he's careful and does a good job so I got to sweatin'. And, sweat I did! I got an awesome workout in. I did #3 that was 26 minutes long. I modified only a tiny bit, and that was at the end when he did a full minute of mountain climbers. No thanks! My back wouldn't go for that. I just took breaks, and ending up doing some swings the last 20 seconds. I used my 25lb bell for everything. This workout touches nicely on everything too, just what I need. Even core. I forgot to shut my HRM off right away, so it stayed on until 32 minutes. I had burned 541 calories with my average at 147. Good stuff! And the scale was very good to me today. It dropped nearly 2 pounds from yesterday. So, in total I am down 10 pounds in 14 days. Wow, I'll take it!D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
