wednesday: spin

5:15 am on the bike for an hour! hard class today--feeling fussy--should have moved my seat back a little:) sweaty!! didn't enjoy the music as much this week--a complilation of parts of rock songs.helping a friend kickstart her lifestyle changes. she is a true beginner but excited to start exercising. has a lot of weight to lose!!one of my other girlfriends just joined the y!! she is going to join me on tuesday morning for core express. she asked me to take zumba with her--fun-- not really my thing but i will do it with her.stacey

I find I work out harder when I'm the trainer or mentoring someone - way to to go, Stacey!  I like working out with friends more than working out alone most of the time. Hugs!

i try to be a good example. i hardly have to say much--the body says it all. the

friend i saw today knows all about how to do the diet--she worked for jenny

craig for a long time--so i'm sure she will be successful with her weight loss.

she needs help with starting an exercise program. she is walking and i just went

over a strength training program for her using body weight. not

technical--easy:) next week we are going to take measurements--which will

benefit me as well--because she said she will measure me--it is hard to measure

yourself!

my other friend--told me she was winded only half way though the zumba warmup. i

remember those days when i first started doing videos-- so i can relate. i will

go to the class to keep her moving and it will be nice to spend time with

her--she is a lot of fun!!

It's so cool that you're helping your friends like that. It just goes to show that when you take care of yourself you are actually taking care of bunches of folks!

You got me beat on the early morning workout. Mine starts exactly one hour later.I love helping others get started with exercise.
