That sounds like yummy yoga!

Good evening!

 

   I got probably my last yoga in for the week.    We have our fall garage sales this weekend and tomorrow we have to get busy and start getting things ready.

 

Tonight I did Yoga Shakti and did the matrix.  I always find myself reaching for this one.  I just love it!!  I did the classical, lunge, rhythmic vinyasa and seated forward bends.  This was 35 minutes.

This evening I was kind of excited to do some more from Janet Stone's Yoga. I did 4 more chapters (30 minutes). There were a few moves I couldn't get so I modified, but then when she got to the other side I figured out what she was doing and was able to do it.

The last chapter is shoulder stretching and it was awkward to say the least. I didn't care for it and made a note to myself in the future.

Overall, I LOVE this DVD. When I have time I'm going to look at her other ones. Those that really like yoga you might want to check this one out.
