Guest guest
Ooo, good to know! I'm always excited about good yoga dvd's!Hugs! Good evening! Well, they got one side of our fence done. He said they would have it all finished up tomorrow. The one side looks GORGEOUS! So, this evening I tried out my newest yoga DVD from Janet Stone Janet Stone Yoga - Ananda Vinyasa Bliss in Motion DVD This DVD is chaptered, but it doesn't tell you when the next chapter starts. I had to get to each one that I wanted to do and then check the counter to see where it ends. The whole routine is like 75 minutes which I wasn't about to do. I did 4 chapters. This DVD is AWESOME. I'm so happy I bought this one. I plan to get another one of hers. So after I did that I put in 's Circuit Burn and did the abs. It was a really short routine, but effective. She does these leg raises and my back was popping like crazy. I had to lie all the way down ( does it resting on her elbows) in order to do it. It still popped, even my legs were popping. Not a good sound! So with both the yoga and abs it was around 40 minutes. Have a nice night! ~

She does these > leg raises and my back was popping like crazy. oh no, i wonder what is causing that. my right knee makes a crackling sound which is disturbing, but it doesnt hurt. sometimes it feels like my body is falling apart, while i know that some of these things are probably normal, it is still a bit of a worry. i hope that your back doesnt hurt, do you know why it pops like that (sorry my question mark key is not working today for some reason!) :*carolyn.
