Guest guest Posted October 12, 2011 Report Share Posted October 12, 2011 Hi Everyone, Today was supposed to be Total Body on the 10 lb slimdown rotation, but I ended up doing one of Freytag's walking/circuit workouts from Exercise TV. I get the names mixed up - it was the one w/ the blonde as opposed to the brunette - There are 2 circuits - each starts w/ cardio (indoor walking style but more varied than ) and ends w/ weight work - a lot of compound/combined moves. I felt really challenged and good about this one! I think Idid end up working the same muscle groups as what the rotation called for so, all is good!
