Beverley, many of us are starting some kind of diet and exercise

program in January in the affirmations group. No set diet or plan, just

whatever each person wants to try. We can encourage each other, if you are

interested! Stress eating is what I do best!! No point in dieting until after

Christmas! Keep hanging in there, and have a wonderful Christmas!! Hugs, PJ

I then went and cut and coloured my girlfriend's hair, with the money for that I

am getting my hair done tomorrow. My family came over for dinner tonight and

that was nice.

My stress levels are up I can feel it, feel like eating all of the time. But

one day at a time I am getting there, so bye for now Beverley.
