I think I used 8's (or maybe 10's?) last week when I did that one. Tough and very DOMS inducing! That is a great idea about Slim & Limber - it is short, so really I should add that one on! I do need to stop neglecting my stretching. One segment uses a chair in the same way the FIRM uses 14" step/Fanny Lifter® so I whipped out my FL used 8 pound weights (using 8 lbs is a big deal for me) and went to town. There is no floor work I'm happy to report but my lower body was fried. Bonus Abs PM - I think this can be described as Pilates based, it should probably be called Bonus Core because she really does work the core, not just abs New Slim & Limber PM - Since I have/had DOMS and the bonus workouts don't have final stretches I decided to add good old S & L, I think I may add this in every night for the rest of this week then as Debbie suggests add it in at least three times per week for the rest of the rotation Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
