Guest guest Posted September 29, 2011 Report Share Posted September 29, 2011 my third week of this class:) today it seems i could not get the arms thinking i will practice them at home for next week--lol--giving myself exercise homework... did more jumprope today than before--regular jumping and using it to do plyo moves. at the end we did core work- mountain climbers, side planks, reverse crunches. nice stretch at the end. stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
