fun and interesting for sure Vennitta

So I went with to do some easy, mindless cardio on the recumbent bike to shake out my Noel Legs (#3 - Weight Loss course with level 7 and 10 intervals, easy peasy).  On our way in I saw the Exhibitionist jump roping with a vigor.  We made eye contact and smiled.

When I was done with cardio I went out to the floor to stretch and he was already stretching, making these audible relief noises like " Ahhh " , " mmm " ..  I went and stretched myself, and then this song came on the radio and he started singing!  I would have sang along with him too but it was a song I didn't know - usually they have heavy metal going on but this time it was KINK FM 102, a sort of yuppy pop jazz station in Portland.  He sang well, in tune.

This man is my soul mate. Gotta jet, time for core!

This man is my soul mate.

You are so cute, ! If you see him again go talk to him!!!

OFF TOPIC, but I wanted to ask you something about your hair. Does it fade quickly? Not sure how pink compares to red, but I've been coloring mine red for a few months now and the red just won't stay. This last time it faded out in less then 3 weeks. I put blonde high lights in it so I can't keep putting that back in every time I need to redo my hair. I'm about to give up on red even though I really like it. How often do you color?

Hi ,My two cents about hair color, red is one of the most difficult colors to get to " stay " per multiple hair dressers and colorists have told me. The one time I went pink by accident it stayed much longer than red. Right now I have a red rinse that is staying very well but my hair is very  porous so the color has gone it and settled down.

Have you spoken with a good colorist? Vennitta

Thanks Vennitta! Yes, I did talk to one and she told me that there really isn't anything I can do except try to use really cold water when I shampoo and use color stay shampoos and conditioners. She told me that she even went red and gave up on it after a few months because she couldn't keep it. Her hair is black now. lol
