Guest guest Posted September 24, 2011 Report Share Posted September 24, 2011 Yay, got another nice one in! However, I am finding that cardio-wise I could handle more, but not so much my body. I'm so happy to be stepping back into my workouts postpartum already in decent shape. Feels nice to workout without that big ole belly!  Anyway, I chose Christi's Step Heaven and did the first stage with the cool-down and stretch too. I shut my HRM off at 37 minutes and had burned a nice 427 calories with my average at 132. I think I am going to aim for four workouts a week right now. That is probably pretty high, but if I keep them around 30 minutes, I think I will be fine. DH is here Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, so I will workout those three days and then on Tuesday. I'm happy with that plan. We'll see if I can do it Have a great Saturday everyone!D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
