I always have dread with the leg segments because they last FOREVER! Actually, the whole workout is really high reps, so I had to prepare my mind AND body for this one. I don't remember the workout being that hard last time, but I was pushing it this morning. I had to stop on the last rep of the triceps. And on the lunges I was dying on that second round. Glad this one is DONE!! Warm up - light bar bell 20 Squats BB 30 Chest - Flys- 12 BB press- 30Back - Dead Rows and Dead Lifts- I did all rows using 40 BB one arm rows 25 Lunges BB I used 12 DB Lunges (set 2) 10 DB Shoulders - Front raise (10 lb plate) side lateral 5 rear delt raise 8 shoulder press 20 BB Biceps- bar bell curl ( 2 sets) 15 BB Triceps- lying BB extensions 25 kickbacks 8 lying BB extensions 25 Abs Off to the dentist!
