Guest guest Posted August 9, 2011 Report Share Posted August 9, 2011 I think I'm at #14? I don't even know anymore.. Anyway, I went into it thinking I would shorten it up, but didn't again! Sometimes my determination is annoying. I was okay at first, but then my shins started killing me. It feels just like horrible lactic acid build-up, but is that what shin splints can feel like? I'm certain I don't have shin splints, but is that a sign, I wonder??? Anyway, for this reason, I didn't go as fast today and my heart rate didn't get worked much. Oh well. I shut the treadmill off at 30 minutes on the dot (was not going a second more), and I had went like 1.64. I also bounced on the ball for 10 minutes total (splitting up the treadmill walk). I shut my HRM off at 45 minutes and had burned 414 calories with my average at 120.
