Oops, it was the upper body workout, and I did it in its entirety, which was about 55 minutes long.  Oh, and the music might as well of not been there!  I remember nothing about it - LOL!

Ugh.. couldn't sleep last night.  So, I've officially been up since 2:24 this morning.  Dangit.  I laid in bed an hour before giving up.  With that said, I still managed my workout a couple hours later (after coffee, photo playing, and crocheting) :)  Anyway, I did Cathe's Total Body Tri-Sets. I didn't intend to go for a full hour.  I was thinking I'd take the chest out, but then decided to just go with it.  Glad I did.  I would say this workout is much more intermediate than advanced.  She moves pretty slowly in it, w/ lots of instruction.  I matched Cathe with weights, maybe going a bit heavier here and there.  It was a nice workout, but I think if she moved a bit quicker, it could have shaved off a few minutes of it.  It felt great to get a strength workout in, it had been awhile!  I burned 431 calories with 113 as my average.

Today, we have to carve pumpkins, and then trick or treat, if the weather holds up.  Happy Sundays all!D

Ugh to being up that early!! I hope you can get a nap later! But good for you getting your workout in too. I'm not familiar with this one but sometimes I'm just in the mood for intermediate so I think I'll look into this one. Thanks for the review!

I am feeling tired.. go the pumpkins done, am thinking about getting their costumes rounded up after I eat some lunch.I did just the upper body, it was an hour, which was plenty!

Oh man,  you have to be absolutely exhausted, Darcy.  I can't even imagine having a big family with a baby with no sleep and still working out. 

 

Did you do the upper and lower body?    Great job!!
