Guest guest Posted October 30, 2011 Report Share Posted October 30, 2011 Oops, it was the upper body workout, and I did it in its entirety, which was about 55 minutes long. Oh, and the music might as well of not been there! I remember nothing about it - LOL! Ugh.. couldn't sleep last night. So, I've officially been up since 2:24 this morning. Dangit. I laid in bed an hour before giving up. With that said, I still managed my workout a couple hours later (after coffee, photo playing, and crocheting)  Anyway, I did Cathe's Total Body Tri-Sets. I didn't intend to go for a full hour. I was thinking I'd take the chest out, but then decided to just go with it. Glad I did. I would say this workout is much more intermediate than advanced. She moves pretty slowly in it, w/ lots of instruction. I matched Cathe with weights, maybe going a bit heavier here and there. It was a nice workout, but I think if she moved a bit quicker, it could have shaved off a few minutes of it. It felt great to get a strength workout in, it had been awhile! I burned 431 calories with 113 as my average.
