today was 10 lb slimdown lower body (the toughest for me!) and core. Enjoyed them both! Very efficient and effective and challenging. I was going to add on some yoga, but I was stressed about time which does not put me in the proper frame of mind for yoga - so I just did some stretching on my own.

Good work, Donna. I hear you on the proper frame of mind for yoga. That's how I am.
