I'm determined to stop this right NOW. It shouldn't be too hard to stop it since my sinuses are acting up and I have no appetite and nothing tastes good.I didn't feel up to doing an exercise dvd today, I hope I feel better tomorrow....I get dizzy when I have a sinus infection probably because it affects my ears.
