Guest guest
The purpose of this e-mail is to proactively address concerns expressed on a variety of forums about losing control of the legislation regarding the regulation of bio/neurofeedback If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. I am enclosing the first part of a Model Act for Clinical Psychophysiology fashioned after the APA's model. It is an attempt to isolate/define/differentiate/etc. clinical psychophysiology so that it can be more easily recognized and accepted by other health care entities and insurance companies. This tendered act does not address, and ignores, all other applications and uses of psychophysiology which I hope in turn reduces many of the objections to bio/neuro feedback, etc. It does not contain all the parts at this point - if we can get this first part done, the rest will fall into place easily. I invite sincere additions and corrections as well as exceptions and other circumstances my gelatinous mind has not considered. //Thank you/Peder
