Guest guest
ine, I hope everything goes well for you. Just keep plugging along day by day things change and you really don't see the end result until the end, so what is the since in trying to hurry it all along right? I think of it like when a car comes rushes up behind me on the freeway and hangs on my butt, does he really think by him speeding and hanging on my behind that that will make me go faster?? No, it will only slow me down. Because now I will be watching closer for detail with him behind me pushing me more than wanting to speed up and go faster for him. So hang in there and Thank God everyday for what you do have, things very well be quite worse and they have been with you just months ago, remember? You really have come a long ways and I clearly see how wonderful it is for you now, like watching a beautiful rose blossom. You take care of you Many hugs.....Nola -- update Nola, this is the happiest new I have ever heard. And your experience is a wonderful example for all of us. I heard a Rabbi say a week ago that miracles don't follow the running of nature. ANYTHING is possible. Bless you for your example! I have had a rough week and I needed an uplift. I was present when my ex- husband's uncle died. Went to funeral! Mom fell. Her face had a bad reaction to a cream for a rash on her face and her face swollen. And I hit a breaking point with a man I have been cooking for in my building and have stopped. I know I have talked about him. He is pushy, demanding and 87(wants a relationship) and won't accept no. So we aren't talking at all. So I have been taking day by day to try to rest and keep myself together. But I am doing it and today I stayed home and did stuff in my house. I am just slowing down. I am thankful each day I have a place to live and food and money to pay bills and tell myself that great and miracles are coming. ine

I still don't have ability to do down dog or push ups with wrist.. and I may never get full range of motion back but I got a wedge and am determined to get back in shape. on the bright side.. I have been eating well and almost under 180... right now bouncing between 178 and 182...
