Good morning!

I really had no idea what I was doing this morning. I haven't made a plan for October yet.

I decided to just take a look at what cardio workouts I had left on the shelf that I haven't already done.

I decided to go with Cathe's Step Moves. I love this workout!! I did that and then did her High Step Challenge abs. I burned 360 calories.
