Hi!

I seem to be on a kick lately - today was:

10 lb slimdown lower - the toughest for me, and I still feel tired/drained so I actually had to lighten my weights from what I used last week. But, hopefully, I'll keep getting stronger once this cold virus is gone for good! This one is the toughest of the series for me. I think tomorrow is Upper & Core - which isn't too bad for me! :)

Then, I did 2 miles of - w/ her Burn Body Fat workout - holds 1-2lb handweights throughout and so did I. This was good for where I was feeling today!I did some stretching on my own - especially hips and hamstrings.
