Woot! Woot!

I broke into the 150's this morning, weighting in at 159.4 on my " official "

bathroom scales! My ultimate goal is around 140, so I still have about 20 lbs to

go, but I'm not going to push it too hard. - I just want it to be a result of

living healthy, not a cosmetic goal (although that thought helps).

I'm doing pretty much the same routines over and over. I'll get brave and throw

in a new one every now and then. I tend to like one and repeat it, but I keep

upping the intensity. Higher step level, higher weights, longer stretches, etc.

My work has picked up nicely (finally!!!) and I think the stress eating I've

been doing lately will end.

I'm feelin' good, people, and you all have helped!! You know what I mean?!?!
