I don't know what the problem is with your thumb, but a heart rate of 70 is a very normal heart rate, in fact, just about perfect. Do you mean palpitations, instead?

thumb tremor

I have a question about my thumb moving on it's own.I don't know if I should call it a tremor, or twitch? My right thumb feels like it is cramping, and then startsto move up towards my index finger. It's a very weird feeling.I increased my medication from 2 grains of armour to2 grains of armour and 18 mcg levoxyl. (split from 75mcg)I take 1 grain morning 1 grain around 5 and the additionof 18 mcg of levoxyl at 5pm. (levoxyl started on 28 Oct)My tremors started on Friday about the time my heart startedracing to about 70 bpm. My heart doesn't race all the time, only about 2 hours after I take the medication. Except onFriday, it was all day.Could this all be related? Or could this be another issue like my parathyroid being high out of range (once), and maybe it'sa calcium issue?Any information could really help, cause this twitching/tremoris getting worse.....ThanksLYNN

I guess it could be palpitations. I can't tell if it's just my

heart racing, or just fluttering?

Or both? I can't imagine the little amount of added Levoxyl could

do that?

I have seen that my heart rate has increase on average to about 65, now.

Versus the

55.

A HR of 55 per minute is entirely too low. 70 is normal. It sounds more like palps and flutters, i.e., beating harder and out of sinc for a few moments or minutes. This happens to me for a couple or a few days with each dosage change upward, that I make, then goes away. It also happened to me ALL the time for a very long time, when I stayed constantly very hypo.
