Guest guest
Following is the X-TrainFit rotation, the program is broken up in to 3 segments, each with a different goal. The first 3 weeks focus on shredding fat and preparing your body for the long haul to week 12. Weeks 4-9 focus on building lean muscle and continuing fat burn. Weeks 10-12 bring the workouts full circle, toning the muscles and leaving you with the lean physique you desire (according the the Quick Start pamphlet) Each DVD gives the option of no music, but the " music " on the workouts is very nondescript a faint version of what is on the clips. There is no meal plan provided.I must say that Oram's physique is not intimidating just normal yet fit and she has a slight southern accent. The background exercisers are also non-intimidating, one of the modifiers has a pudgy mid-section (I hope that doesn't offend her) and she has a little bit of cellulite so even though she runs marathons she may be a work in progress (or happy as she is which would be well deserved). The background exercises change on some of the DVDs. A guy with salt and pepper hair leads the stretch DVD while a lady other than leads the yoga DVD (it looks pretty good with multiple levels shown so it's not so intimidating). I'm not sure when i'll do thisVennitta Weeks 1 - 3 Fat Shred Day Workouts Notes Min 1 Cardio 54 2 Chest & Back 63 3 Circuit Burnout 81 4 XTF Legs 53 5 Cardio 54 6 XTF Arms 49 7 Hard Core & Stretch 80 Weeks 4-9 Strength & Burn Day Workouts Notes Min 1 Circuit Burnout 81 2 XTF Legs 53 3 XTF Arms 49 4 Circuit Burnout 81 5 Chest & Back 63 6 Hard Core 54 7 Yoga or Rest 42 Weeks 10-12 Finalization Day Workouts Notes Notes 1 Cardio & Hard Core 108 2 Chest & Back 63 3 Circuit Burnout & Stretch 107 4 XTF Legs 53 5 Cardio & Hard Core 108 6 XTF Arms 49 7 Yoga or Rest 42 The X-TrainFit's shipment was really, really fast! The XTF training guide looks very comprehensive, the rotation is broken into 3 wks focused on Fat Shred, then 3 wks focused on Strength & Burn then 3 wks called Finalization (crazy hardcore). YAY!! Can't wait to hear what you think. ~
Guest guest
Looks good! The only thing that worries me is the length of some of the workouts. This may best be used as a summer rotation for me - when I have a little extra time in the mornings - camp starts later than school! It is still on my wishlist, & I still want the Weider Strength XT - which has shorter worktouts, so better for the school year! Donna The X-TrainFit's shipment was really, really fast! Guest guest
I hear you on the workout lengths, the pamphlet addresses it (sort of) " The program requires an intense schedule of exercise over 12 weeks to achieve maximum results. If you are unable to commit to the time and effort required, you might not expect to see the results you desire. If you are, use the grid on the following page to plot your schedule and let's get started " Cathe will have the Low Impact Series rotation out on 10/31, since she has premixes that may be more doable right now.Vennitta Looks good!
