Guest guest Posted October 27, 2011 Report Share Posted October 27, 2011 GRRR...I'm making a habit of not posting until later w/ my workouts.. Busy, busy... Anyway, I did this workout w/ one riser and did enjoy it. Like, you guys, I also did not get that last combo. I hate it when they don't tell you what foot you are stepping with. I think if she would have mentioned that here and there, I would have maybe caught it. Either way, I just went with the flow, and didn't back-skip. My heart rate didn't drop while I fumbled through it.   I burned a nice 716 calories with my average at 146. How nice! I shut my HRM off at 52 minutes. Today, I had off, and it felt " odd " , but I just have to get used to it...GRRR....  I worked on pictures a bit. I need to order pics that I had taken awhile back...ugh.. I hate that job of trying to pick them out!! Anyway, tomorrow, will be another Cathe, but not sure which one. I'm excited to try another!
