Quick review, as I'm off to bed:You do 3 sets of most exercises, 8 reps, the count is 6 of whatever's hardest (usually going up) and 2. I'm proud to say I went heavier than Cathe on every exercise, though I skipped the abs at the end because I know Ben is gonna kill me with that on Thursday for leg day.

Great weights, !! I have this series down to do this month. When I do it though I don't do the slow counts, I do 2 or 4 counts. I end up with 12 to 15 reps. I know that's not the way the workout goes, but I really like doing it this way and get super sore from it. I can't get my mind on that super slow count and I think it's fun to do my own thing and still get them nice breaks in the workout.

I won't be anywhere near your weights.
