Got up and did a quick circuit called "vacation circuit" which is our challenge for social workout this week. incline push up X15 sliding lunges x15 each leg -- in video they use beach towel.. i forgot I have gliding discs that I used! wall sit with inner thigh squeeze X60 sec - again they use a balled up towel.. i used my bean bag meditation cushion crab dipsX 15 - I can't do unaided due to wrist.. so I have this crazy thing I got when I got supreme 90 - iron gym.. works perfectly double crunches X50 I did this 2 times then did 50 kb swings, some bicep curls, overhead tricep extensions, leg extensions w. ankle weights, and hamstring bridges on ball. to get a good 30 min strength workout followed by my knee rehab stretches.. What I love about this is I found stuff I purchased (gliding discs and iron gym) that I sort of had buyers regret but are really useful. I know a lot of you dislike facebook but if you set privacy to friends only and are choosey about your friends.. it is a great resource and no one else is looking and just don't post.. read like one of my friends does. I love this social workout app and rewards.
