I liked them too when I did them, I again combined rotations so I wasn't able to really focus on them or maybe get the most out of them...they did lead me to hunt down her 3 Day Rotation as a DVD but I have yet to do any of the three 20 minute workouts even though they look fun. Vennitta Hi Everyone! My workout today was the strength/cardio circuit from Body Gospel. I was more focused than when I first did it on Sunday and enjoyed it. It isn't killer hard but it is enough to know I worked out. The vibe of these workouts is really positive and Donna is very motivating w/ out being over the top. She seems very genuine. So, definately enjoyed it. Tomorrow i'm going to do the walking audio workout (30 min) and some Pilates. I need to get back into my Pilates and walking more - those are so therapeutic and excellent for my body and mind. I'm glad I tweaked my 10 lb slimdown extreme rotation to include those workouts.
