Wednesday Yoga & Abs

This evening I did a combination of a few workouts. I started off with Progressive Yoga and did Vinyasa 1 with Spreen. I took that out and did the Five Day Fit DVD (which I have yet to try) and did the workout 1. This was SO easy. I even did the advanced versions and it was still really easy. I'm not sure it's even worth keeping unless just for the stretching. I'm going to do all 5 routines just to say I gave it a chance.

After I got done with both of those I decided to put in CTX All Step (which is on tap for tomorrow morning) and do the abs section. I'm glad I did that because now my workout will be 10 minutes shorter in the morning. Hey, every minute counts when you're on a schedule.

So with all that it was 50 minutes.

I'm off to watch the first show from the X-Factor. Been looking forward to this for a while now.
