I wonder how I could find out about ma at the time of onset? She had the onset -

then for a couple years pain and all the rest of the symptoms - then remission

since. She gets sick and automatically takes steroids so she doesn't flare in

the future. So far so good. She is never on them very long. She went to the city

when she was dx and the same docs aren't there now - it has been about 15 years

so I am not sure how I could get that info. She would be interested in knowing

too because she was totally out of this world at the time and we were so young.

If I get anywhere I will let you know.

Re: Response to Jen P.

Yes, Jen and I found one- Caroline. For some reason, also, my doc seemed to

think that because the arthritis was migratory from the start that I may not

have as rough as a time in the future with arthritis in general. Don't know

how true this is- but time will tell.

Thanks,

Eleanor

Not sure it fhis helps or not, but I had a doctor I saw 10 years ago who had

retired 9.5 years ago and there were other doctors of the same profession

practicing in his office. I needed to get records for Disability and guess what,

they had them! It is worth a phone call to check it out.
