Today was supposed to be total body stretching according to Cathe's Rotation, but I chose to do CTX Step & Intervals. She has this one down to do Sunday and the weekends are tricky for me because I usually have no idea if I can fit a workout in. My schedule is so off on those days. In this workout there are 3 step combos and 3 intervals. The body part is chest work. There are 3 long sets of barbell chest presses 30 supersets with presses and chest flys 12 2 sets of push-ups- knees Love that this one was only 45 minutes. I'm enjoying these shorter workouts.
