What do you think....is aerobics better? Is strength training better? Or does it depend on the person?

Good topic, Jen. I've heard for SO long that strength training is better. Stands to reason because you burn fat for much longer after the workout then you do with cardio. I really don't know, but personally I try to just do both to be on the safe side.

I try to alternate also. I've felt that a combo is best of all, and that

interval training is great.

I don't always do what I preach, though. Popping in a cardio and taking off is a

lot easier than organizing the weights and checking form and such.
