It's not like I don't still have virgin workouts to try (though I'm brought the list down quite a lot lately) or enough workouts in general but... I was at the library with the kids today and just decided that I wanted to take out at least one workout and try it. I've thought about it off and on and since I seem to just be flying around without a plan or rotation in mind lately and it is working out okay I figured this should be fine. I know a lot of you have encouraged me to try Gilad so I got his "Step Aerobics" DVD. I have tried doing bits and pieces of his workouts when FITV or whatever it was called was on and he was okay but kind of annoying. I decided to see if I could stand doing an entire 60 minutes with him and doing all cardio too (I'm much happier with weight training so this is definitely going to be a challenge). It is only a 1 week rental so I'll have to get it done soon and I'll let you know what I think after I do it.

I also found 's Walk & Jog. I've always wanted to try this one, just to know what it is like but haven't bought it because I don't think think I'm going to want to have it in my collection. I have boosted walking on several workouts of hers and have liked it but for some reason this doesn't appeal to me all that much yet I've always been very curious about what it is like so now I'm going to find out (sometime in the next 7 days). I'll report after I do that one too (of course).

I'm not sure if I got these out because I'm trying to find good excuses to avoid trying 10 Pound Slimdown Lower Body or what but they will get in the way, at least temporarily...! :-)

Good luck with Gilad!

Ooh, I love Walk & Jog! Mine came in a 3 pack with Walk & Kick and a 1 Miler

that I forget the name of. If I had to get rid of a bunch of s, I would

keep Walk & Kick and Walk & Jog for sure! Looking forward to your thoughts!

Hugs,

Sara

Hi!I think you will like Gilad's step - it is basic choreography so no tripping over your feet to get a good workout. I like it and it is outdoors!!

I think I have walk & jog, too and I do like it! But it is a bit like her other 2 mile walks w/ "boosted" walking.
