Hi!

Yesterday was a crazy day - so I didn't get a chance to post my workout but I did 10 lb slimdown upper body & core, plus Yoga Complete For Every Body "Good Morning" practice.

Today was 10 lb slimdown yoga. I also added on a cardio workout from Kendall Hogan that I found on Exercise TV - it was called "power cardio" or something like htat. It was very basic choreography taught add-on style. It is a good one for a mindless cardio day and I worked up a decent sweat with it - approx 30 min from start to finish. Not sure if I will do 10 lb slimdown yoga again or not, it wasn't bad, but I think I would rather do a different yoga practice with one of my "guru's" (Suzanne Deason, Barbara Benagh, JJ Gromley, etc.)

Tomorrow I plan to do one of Freytag's walking/cardio circuit workouts.
