Guest guest
Thank you, Donna! Sometimes I feel like I'm not doing "enough" but then I have to kick that out of my head and be proud of what I am doing instead of feeling guilty about what I'm not! Plan for the upcoming weekTo: exercisevideos Date: Sunday, October 23, 2011, 10:53 PM Call me crazy but this is what I'm hoping/planning to do this week: mon – Upper Body: Cathe High Step Training upper body only premix (31 min) tue – Cardio: Cathe Cardio Kickswed – Lower Body: Cathe Legs & Glutes (51 min)thu – Cardio: Kathy Aeroboxfri – Total Body AWT: Jari Love Get Extremely Ripped 1000 (81 min)sat – bonus (yoga choice) or restsun – bonus (stretch choice) or rest All of the above are virgins for me and the weekend ideas are just as likely to be rest days as workouts because I have a hard time getting myself to do a workout on the weekends. I work Saturdays until noon and then I either want to nap or spend time with my family or both and Sundays after church are more family time plus getting ready for the week ahead. They're mostly unstructured afternoon/evening times and that makes it a lot more difficult to put in a workout. It would mean putting structure to the wide open time and while some of that is appealing, it mostly is not so I usually don't. Sometimes I want to change that, but right now I'm not terribly motivated to work at it so I probably won't! ;-)
