What a busy weekend!This morning I did the longer cardio workout from Body Gospel - pretty similar to the shorter one - not difficult to follow, good music and energy - decent intensity but not killer. I stretched by using the stretch workout from Donna ' Sweating in the Spirit which she did a few years ago (it has some cardio, Pilates and stretching on it). I haven't used it much, but I'm sort of glad I kept it around, I may use it this week for some add-ons. I"m actually a bit sore from the Body Gospel strength circuit I did yesterday - or maybe it was the hike. Either way - it is nice to have a little DOMS!Tomorrow I plan to do the Body Gospel strength workout w/ the toning bands, add on the Body Gospel Pilates/Core workout and stretch!
