Hi

We inadvertantly learned about six months ago when we eventually

stopped giving it to him. First it was missed doses in the morning,

and then I'd find a missed evening dose the next morning. Finally, I

quit giving it to him to find out what would happen. Late one night

he came to me and said that he had quit taking his inositol and

wanted to start taking it again. I would guess that he had been off

of it for about two months. He said that he was feeling anxious at

bedtime again and was worrying about electrical outlets. We started

it back and within a few days, he was feeling better. I'm not ready

to give it a try, but I imagine that we will again ...

inadvertantly :)

I can understand wanting to be free of it all, but I can't imagine

it:)

Last night after we had all gone to bed except for my
