Adaptogens to support mom's stress levels R Zieve MD

Hi - looking for harm reduction strategies for this patient:

Breastfeeding mom to a 14 month old daughter. She has ground holes in her old amalgam fillings and is looking for safe options to prevent mercury absorption/increase excretion while breastfeeding. Both child and mom are generally well except for mom's stress levels (hence the teeth grinding). Stress reduction and ensuring gut integrity is part of the plan but I'm curious about options for the mercury: I'm considering rotating some options like Genestra's AMD Detox, AFA-gen or liquid chlorophyll, modified citrus pectin, undas (2, 44, 48, 243, 258)- but would appreciate wisdom from docs with more chelation experience than I.

Suggestions welcome!
