Hi Everyone!Part 1 of my workout day: I did the cardio, abs/core and thighs/butt workout from Shape's Ultimate Bikini Workout w/ Dominique Hall. Each segment is around 10 min and I enjoyed them all. Cardio is very straightfoward -works nicely as a warm-up or add on. Abs/Core was good as well - some crunch type exercises but also some standing work as well as planks and back extensions which I always like to do since one of the things I need to work on is my lower back arch! Thighs/Butt was also a winner- no weights - some plyo type exercises (jump squats), standing glute lifts, "clock" lunges (basically forward lunges going around a clock face - Kathy has a workout that I need to do soon that includes this move!!) and a figure 8 lunge which was basically a foward and backward curtsey lunge. Glad I finally tried this DVD! Then, I moved on to my Margaret workout which was the 2nd half of Sculpture Upper Body - worked shoulders and back - high rep, light weight - in fact, it reminded me a bit of the arm work you do in Barre workouts. Later on this morning I'm going walking w/ my friend. We are insane b/c it is going to be 103 degrees out AND humid. we're going earlier than usual and also doing a different route that is shady. All that said, I'm pretty sure we're not going to hit our 2 hour plus mark today. I'd be happy with 45 minutes but my friend is a real die-hard I just hope we don't die doing this! ok - better run - hope everyone has a good day! I will check in if I survive the walk later!Donna
