Tonite is some lap swimming and Aqua Power at CAC. Normally it would be leg day with Noel but I have an ankle injury and close to having over trained my upper body, so it's gentle stuff today.

Looks like you got some work. Sore abs for 5 days? Wow.

That was a couple of weeks ago when I first did it, but now it doesn't phase my abs at all!  I need to switch it up to get sore again!

Good job, !

Sorry you had to skip FF tonight, but that just means you get to add the session

on the end, right? :) Cool news that your abs are already so much stronger -

and that your triceps are making themselves known, too!

Oh Hugs Cola Pop, it's not that big of a deal and will heal on it's own, the only problem is I have my half marathon on 2 weeks and I worry about reinjuring it, so I'm just doing gentle cardio til Saturday when I have Group Kick and will try to do that low impact.  (I can't pass up a class where you use swords!)

How's your neckdoing???xoxo

oh wheew! im relieved to hear that your ankle isnt a big deal.

im sending you healing vibes {{{pinky}}}

and oooooo, swords!!!! cool !! i cant wait to read your

comments on that class!

my neck and upper back are ok. now just the normal stiffness and

limited range of motion... a bit of pain when i stretch but no

constant pain. my right arm and fingers still get numb at times

but this is also not constant. im still taking weekly

physiotherapy.

this is all good news, but of course im paranoid about hurting

these areas again.... i need to be really careful. rebounding

and walking are fine so ive been enjoying those as much as

possible but am getting the itch to do more, especially since im

not working in the deli so much lately.

i still cannot use weights/resistance as my physio and i agreed

to leave that alone for a while. i was getting a bunch of work

for the upper body in the deli, but not so much now. so i

need to do more body weight exercises at home... gilad has a

killer body weight workout, i might get that one out this week.

Yeah  because of this ankle and back I won't be seeing Noel again this week but was thinking Debbie Sieber's lower body workout that's all bodyweight might be perfect for Leg Day this week!Hoping your neck and back continue to improve, Carolyn!  I see Dr. No tomorrow and I'm confident he will fix me :)

I'm so anal retentive but it's the one with yellow font (see attached). To me it's the toughest of the Slim Series workouts, but it really, really delivers.
