Guest guest
Tonite is some lap swimming and Aqua Power at CAC. Normally it would be leg day with Noel but I have an ankle injury and close to having over trained my upper body, so it's gentle stuff today. Looks like you got some work. Sore abs for 5 days? Wow. ~

Guest guest
Good job, ! Sorry you had to skip FF tonight, but that just means you get to add the session on the end, right? Cool news that your abs are already so much stronger - and that your triceps are making themselves known, too! Guest guest
Oh Hugs Cola Pop, it's not that big of a deal and will heal on it's own, the only problem is I have my half marathon on 2 weeks and I worry about reinjuring it, so I'm just doing gentle cardio til Saturday when I have Group Kick and will try to do that low impact. (I can't pass up a class where you use swords!) How's your neckdoing???xoxo > Normally it would be leg day with Noel but I have an > ankle injury oh oh... i havent gotten to your original message (i cut this quote from one of michelles responses - i am over 400 msgs behind...eek!) ... but i hate to hear this laura!!! what happened to your ankle? i feel bummed for you now, :*carolyn. ------------------------------------
