Hi Everyone, I jumped back onto my 10 lb slimdown extreme workouts today - I'm doing a modified rotation - not the rotation came up with. Today was total body and I have to say, doing the original 10 lb slimdowns plus giving myself a little time w/ the Body Gospel workouts did my body good! I felt strong throughout this workout - worked out but not wiped out. I used 8's and 10's for the most part. Some things I can go heavier with in the future. I added on 20 min of yoga from 10 Min Solution - it is the 10 Min Solution that uses the yoga strap. I did the relaxation segment and the balance/flexibility segment. Both were good - I had to modify a bit b/c I'm so tight in my lower back, hamstrings, and hips. My own fault for not being diligent enough w/ my flexibility work and sitting too long at my desk at work. Ok - off to start the day. This one will be busier, unfortunately.
