Re: Monday 5:45 AM again Cathe's premixes and noticed this one does not have the warmup or stretch as part of it so that is really good to know. It is 31 minutes if you do those also and I normally would like to so I'm just going to change my spreadsheet to note it is 31 minutes (and add 10 minutes to the other premixes too). I don't think other premixes of hers (on other DVDs) I've done deleted those but I can't remember for sure. It all worked out today though! I was about to tell you that the premix didn't include the warm up or cool down. Kind of silly to me since she does in all her other workouts. I like doing the upper body premix the best with this one. I hate all the leg presses she does in the leg segments. I need to pull out her High Step Challenge and do it.
