Guest guest
This reminds me to go to TJ's tomorrow...love that place.Vennitta I just wanted to say that I happened to find tart cherry juice at Trader Joe's. I had to look this up because I couldn't remember what you said it helped. I think it's delicious. It tastes like cherry pie to me. I have been having a glass of this, or unsweetened cranberry juice, beet/carrot juice, or other unsweetened juices in a wine glass with dinner. I find them to be very satisfying (and pretty), and I actually don't crave anything else after I eat. It's probably because the have calories/sugars, but there's something about the tangy flavor that makes me feel super satisfied. My life is wonderful because TJ's is half a mile from my house, LOL! > > > > In a message dated 9/7/2011 10:23:23 P.M. Guest guest
Oh, shoot! I hope you find it. I thought it was delicious. You have to love cherries, though. My son hates them. He took one sip and asked how I could possibly drink it, LOL! > I just wanted to say that I happened to find tart cherry juice > at Trader Joe's. oh you are so lucky! i cant find that stuff anywhere!!! i live in canada, no trader joes here. i will keep looking! :*carolyn. ------------------------------------

Guest guest
TJ's cherry juice IS delish! When I was having knee issues I drank it a lot before and after one of my races. It's YUMMY and yes, a wonderful alternative to wine! I should have picked some up when I was at TJ's today! I look forward to hearing about Cathe's barre workouts, ! Interesting! Oh, shoot! Guest guest
Have you tried their beet/carrot juice? It's a gorgeous color, and yummy. Beets are supposed to raise VO2 max and lower BP if you have high BP. If you don't have high BP, then it doesn't affect BP, but I love the idea of raising VO2 max. TJ's cherry juice IS delish!
