Guest guest
Okay-- I now know that I am CRAZY. I took a picture of ph when he fell asleep with the nebulizer in his mouth sitting in our Lazy Boy. Did I think it was cute or something? I don't know what came over me. He has been needing breathing treatments and has been VERY cranky the last few days. He just screams about everything b/c he feels so bad. ANyway-- I gave him the neb and got him set up in the chair-- went to take care of the other two guys and came back to him & he was sleeping and doing the breathing treatment at the same time-- the mouth piece was still in his mouth and he was snoozing ~sigh~ He was SO exhausted b/c he tried to take a nap earlier but kept waking up due to his harky barky cough and wheezing-- I think needs to go to the doc to get antibiotics-- everything is still green and he sounds awful, too. Do I wait until Easter Monday to see how he is doing or do I go in early so that he will _hopefully- be well FOR EASTER? WHY is every holiday like this. ph will probably end up needing antibiotics, too-- he always does when things get this bad. I feel bad if I bring them in before Easter hoping to get them on antibiotics early and I feel bad if I wait until after Easter and they are REALLY bad... and of course I don't want to spend ANOTHER holiday in the ER.... who would have ever thought that we'd have to THINK about these things??? Tomorrow being Holy Thursday and all, boy do I ghave a lot to ponder. Will I be able to stay awake and pray with Christ in the garden or will I fall asleep. Sometimes I feel like I lack the faith to deal with two sick kids and one healthy one (he is a challenge, too) ANYWAY.... Holy Thursday and Good Friday have a lot of meaning foir me-- for they are what give meaning to my sufferings.. and thankfully we have Easter Sunday after the suffering, huh? I'm babbling on and on-- Hope that you guys all are well and your kids are well for Easter! -- ~Pattie~ " a person's a person, no matter how small " ~~ Dr. Seuss
