Good morning!

Today was B & G. I knew I wouldn't have time to do the entire thing and I had planned on doing the "Standing Glutes & Abs Timesaver" premix, but I realized it left out a few of the standing exercises and I wanted to get all of the standing part done.

I went with doing all the standing and the ankle weight abs. This was right at 55 minutes. I wore my HRM and burned 254 calories.

*walking lunge w/plie jump 5*1-legged squat w/foot on high step 5*forward thrusting hammer punch lunges*squats with barbell- 30*walking lunge w/plie jump (fewer reps) 5*deadlift w/barbell & toes on dumbbell---skipped*1-legged squat w/foot on low step (4 risers) 5*side hammer thrusting lunges*front-side-back lunge combo*squats with barbell 30*firewalkers (side steps w/band around ankles)*low pulse lunges 5

ankle weight abs ( 5 lb DB and 5 lb ankle weights)

Another busy day. Yesterday I got in 17,000 steps. I was amazed.
