I've never done a spin class. My daughter has and she says they are brutal. I'm sure you burn tons of calories.**----- Reply message -----To: " exercisevideos " <exercisevideos >Subject: Spinning dayDate: Wed, Aug 31, 2011 10:33 am Taught my 60 min spin class today.. felt great...I don't think I could ever give up cardio. I understand why body builders don't do as much because they don't want to burn muscle but doesn't that assume little or no fat?? I would think that at first you would do cardio to drop fat and then as you get closer to goal you would drop down cardio. I think HIIT would be most efficient since it incorporates more muscle endurance.. anyway.. one of my friends I work with occasionally was part of team that worked on this cool simulatorhttp://bwsimulator.niddk.nih.gov/

Oh good! Aren't they amazing? They're so gorgeous and detailed. I am so glad that they're helping you already! He makes it so much easier to zoom in on a problem area. I will own all of these eventually.
