Guest guest Posted September 26, 2011 Report Share Posted September 26, 2011 Hi Everyone, I'm a few days behind Judy on this rotation - but today was 10 lb slimdown upper body. I definately think these will help me get "in shape" for the "xtreme" version! 3 circuits of upper body and cardio. My ony complaint was the second circuit which was a one -arm row to a rear delt flie - for me, I can go much heavier on the row but I can't go heavy on the rear delt and b/c you combine the moves it is hard for me to challenge both muscles groups. The rest was good though! I added on cardio: PowerFit Harmony Move It (I think that is the one - they are all very similar). I wore my weighted gloves, used my step for the "step on the floor" and used the heaviest band. Also, used large range of motion and added some impact here and there, basically, all of my usual mods for PowerFit workouts! I aldo added on some stretching/core work w/ PowerFit Harmony Body Balance - I was going to do yoga or Pilates, but since I had this set out I just pulled one out of here. This was good - a balanced blend of some standing core, floor (including planks) and some nice stretching. Feeling good today about exercise and eating right!A bit stressed about some other things - but hopefully all will resolve. Mostly issues w/ DH's family....*sigh* Tomorrow is the dreaded lower body/core combo! Will definately add yoga to this one! Donna Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
