Guest guest Posted January 31, 2005 Report Share Posted January 31, 2005 As most of you know I lost my daughter to Thyroid Storm on Dec 31, 2004. Last week her little sister went into the hospital with headaches high heart rate and tingling feeling in her face. Guess what? She was having a storm also... They got to her's in time... She was in ICU for two days and in other room for two days, but is home now and doing fine so far. Anyone know the likelihood of this happening in one family within weeks of each other... From what I have read about a Storm it is very rare and to happen in one family days apart.... Do you know if a male can have a Storm???
