Good morning!

This morning I did Cathe's Power Max. I have to say that I didn't enjoy this workout at all. I think it was mostly me and not the workout. I got up with a super sore chest and then when I started the first step section I got an instant headache come on me. I was ready for this workout to be over.

I shortened the warm up and cool down, but the workout was still an hour. Glad to have this one done.

I burned 466 calories.

Going to be busy from now until Sunday afternoon with our fall neighborhood sales. I dread it and I hope its worth all the work
