Hi all, this morning I did Dozois Pick Your Level Fat to Firm fast. This one was okay. I wish the cardio sections had been a little longer, they were even to easy for me which is pretty easy. this one has 3 levels to choose from, I mostly did level 3, but on one portion where she was doing the jumping scissor lunges, I did level 2 as I didn't want to do those. This one would be good for an easy day. I think this was maybe 40 minutes total but I didn't time it. The warm up and cool down sections are good. Have a great day all.
